    You are welcome to contact me with any schedule that is not listing here
and any emergency situation.

    Normally, I do request at least 24 hours notice before the service.

    Please read all the loan document and solve all the problem and concern
with your loan agent before signing, that help the whole processing run
smoothly.

Service Charge:

First Set of Loan Document:                                                            $125.00
Second Set of Loan Document:                                                       $75.00
Cancellation Fee (two hours or less)                                              $35.00

Travel Fee:
Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Francisco             $50.00
Vallejo, Hayward, Fremont, San Mateo                                          $100.00
